What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
Google Analytics provides a lot of tools for analyzing the reports about activity on the site. Frequency of users, the most used place, traffics channels, etc – tons of possibilities of marketing analytics at one place. The product is improving version to version, that's also a point to differentiate GA from competitors
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Google Analytics provides information on various web performance is just a click away. I especially like the how you can easily filter the information you need and create your own custom reporting for a more informed analysis. It can derive website's usage and provides an opportunity to check customer journey easily. It's been a great tool to increase website's conversion and look towards retention
What do you dislike most about this product?
Google Analytics is extremely not-entry level! UI is very complicated, sometimes you truly don't understand why so similar reports locate in absolutely different sections. Adaptation to use GA is the most frustrating point about this product
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Reach Google Academy for beginner + middle + advanced Google Analytics course, and practice as much as possible Use Google Tag Manager to launch GA from a container without necessity to code
