The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Huge amount of data but complicated

What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
Google is to my understanding the most accurate website monitoring service. It filters out a lot of bots that count the same user more than once. So you get really accurate data on how many people really visit the site, where they go and what they do. Rather than estimates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how much it can be filtered. With so much data, a top down view is nice, but being able to drill down into source, medium and look at individual page performance is really useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be hard to use at first. With so much data its almost unavoidable, but there's a big learning curve. Training videos are available but they might require multiple views for the uninitiated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend completing the training provided, but also looking up specific advice on YouTube. There's a lot of advice available
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing

Marketplace leader for website analytics

What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
Google Analytics helps our agency understand our website - and more importantly our clients' websites - at a more granular level than other site analytics platforms. GA helps us better understand the performance of marketing/advertising campaigns, content, products, and more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Google Analytics 4 new integration with Google Ads allows users to see Google Ads data directly in GA.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is little to no vendor support. You have to research and learn on your own, but Google does provide ample training materials.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a "free" website analytics tool that has a robust feature set, GA is the right choice. If you want more premium features and customization, you will need to evaluate other providers and pay for it.
Pros
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
- Effective Service
