What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
The fact that google analytics is continually improving is what makes it such a unique tool. Integrations are much more manageable with the google tag manager universal code.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With current update on google analytics, it is easier track metrics and plan improvement strategies according to the metrics. Beside using it to rack traffic on our website, we also use it to manage our google ads.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Google Analytics is a complex tool to use. One needs so background in IT to effectively use the platform. The reports need to be more detailed.
