What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
I would say its the initial low cost of entry and beginning to get a good grip of your data - it helps smaller business understand data and analyze their customer journey a lot more thoughtfully than other competitors that start off free.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy integration with websites, by far one of the easiest things the team had to integrate into our backend.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of experimentation tools to allow for different testing with the data/analysis.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a go - a lot to gain and very little to lose as the start off costs are minimal at best.
