What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
Analysis data (line graphs, bar graphs, etc.), through which you can determine the number of views of the home page. We had several websites, but each site had different numeric values. So we could customize the numeric values according to each site.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can see the number of visits and the keywords you used to get traffic if we have our site and can link to it. The great thing is: With this tool alone we can get all the data we need in one go. In the analysis of the access to our company's website, we analyzed it with the help of the trend of the active users and the number of accesses by each medium through the analysis function (line graph).
What do you dislike most about this product?
First, it isn't easy to understand how to install Analytics when using the site. It would be nice if there were a support window, but it doesn't exist because it's free, and if you don't have an IT person in charge, the barrier can be a bit high.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
provide this information. It is easy to understand which pages need to be improved because we can see the features that contributed to the problems, the scores, the bounce rates, and the abandoned pages.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
