Simple and effective IT support tool

What differentiates FixMe.IT from other similar products?
Simple to operate and complete with all the features a remote IT support technician may want. If there is no one at the other end of the line, I can set up unattended access so that I can still log in remotely. When making changes to administrative settings on the other end, the screen will not go black.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You receive everything you need at the lowest price of any remote assistance program currently available. I considered a lot of different programs, but ultimately settled on this one. I've even suggested it to clients and fellow IT specialists.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not all of the unattended computers on my list are members of the groups I create. This software isn't ideal in terms of environment management, but I'm confident that it will be enhanced in the near future.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
By connecting remotely, I am able to resolve any IT-related issue without physically being present. With this program, I can also remotely reboot the computer and transfer data to it.

What differentiates FixMe.IT from other similar products?
It's quick and easy to join on the fly or through unattended access, and it's highly reliable. The interface is straightforward, and it's a relief to know that I can go back and check how long I spent on each support contact.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using it is a breeze. Allows me to quickly help out my coworkers. Every every day! I love the chat option since it allows me to simply communicate with my consumers without having to pick up the phone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Access to unattended machines could be restricted to a specified time period and made subject to affirmative prompting for certain high-level users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The majority of my requirements for desktop support are met. Supports multiple displays fairly well; I only wish I didn't need a 4K screen. Group Policy deployment utilizing the MSI also helped to streamline the process.
