What differentiates FixMe.IT from other similar products?
With Fixme, I don’t have to meet my clients in person since I can offer them any kind of support through this platform. The ease of use it offers makes my daily tasks smoother.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have found Fixme particularly essential in transferring files to my students and I no longer have to worry about attaching or opening bulky files. Unattended remote access is a unique feature that enables me to operate my work computer even without somebody controlling it on the other end. I can also offer needed support to more than one client at the same time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Whenever my client or I loose internet connectivity, I have to reconnect with the pairing device all over again. I wish the software could keep history of the past operations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To offer accurate support to clients and co-workers, Fixme is a must-have software.

What differentiates FixMe.IT from other similar products?
It is simple to connect with other users. It appears to pass across firewalls, and users can usually find the button to click to start the session depending on the browser. Other services could take up to ten minutes for customers to connect. Furthermore, I integrated the FixMe.IT link within my program, so users can just click it and, in most cases, connect in 10 seconds, unless they are using a sluggish browser or have strong security. I enjoy the ability to connect with up to ten machines that they added a year ago. This is especially beneficial when installing our accounting software over a network.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
FixMe.IT is an excellent application for remotely accessing computers. The program is simple to set up and comes with two apps, a client version and an expert version, allowing it to be utilized by any sort of user. I also appreciate its messaging features because they are readily available to utilize. On the other hand, its log feature is quite useful for ensuring that the entire connection operation is completed effectively. So far, this utility is light and does not require a lot of computer memory or RAM. In comparison to other heavy remote software, this is a quick and efficient solution.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The limited availability of additional features is one of the aspects I disliked the least. While the program excelled at remote access and support, it lacked several advanced features that may have improved the entire experience. Session recording, remote reboot, and multi-monitor support, for example, are not as robust as in other similar remote assistance solutions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the things I loved best about FixMe.IT is its extensive list of options. The software has a clear and intuitive design that makes it easy to navigate and comprehend its functions.
