What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

Comparatively with others, this platform can easily handle each of the human resources operations, from recruitment to payroll and advantages. In addition, it integrates in a simple way with other program platforms for commercial and financial operations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It fascinates me because the platform is simple to use and is equipped with a plurality of human resources administration tools, including payroll, advantages, time and help, programming and ingenuity administration. Dayforce automates a huge proportion of administrative work, which allows your team to concentrate on other things.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is simple to use, certain users have the possibility of needing time to become familiar with the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good investment for organizations that seek to rationalize and automate their human resources operations. The platform is simple to use and gives your equipment entry to real -time information, which can support with the choice

Compensation Planning & Forecasting Ability to facilitate compensation reviews and planning. Forecasts workforce demand for headcount and budgeting purposes.

Employee Record Includes workforce and employee data such as contact information, address, phone, employee identifiers, employment history, hire and release dates, etc.
