The Azeus Convene board portal follows the highest security standards. It ensures that our corporate documentation and confidential information are protected with the help of document security features such as watermarking, secure document signing, and copy restrictions
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We enjoy the integrated video conferencing feature that helps conduct meetings right in the board portal. The software also notifies all group participants about the updates on the planned meetings and other events
What do you dislike most about this product?
The option of hyperlinking between documents is desied. For us, the only downside of using Azeus Convene is an inability to switch documents by hyperlinks inside the boardroom for an even better board meeting experience

Users of Azeus Convene enjoy a straightforward pre-meeting preparation it offers, especially with the automated agenda builder and an option of scheduling meetings

It is a solution designed to facilitate the process, the learning curve was short, in addition its interface promotes participation, it is by far better than other applications that we have tried.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Change and simplify the way we conduct board meetings, It has a large number of tools for collaboration, file sharing, comments, whiteboard, polls, voice messages, board meetings, especially remote meetings, became more interactive. Improve collaboration in real time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
tools for integration with third-party video applications are missing.

Using Convene has improved the board meeting experience, it's intuitive, it helps improve productivity, it allows us to share important documents during meetings, it streamlines board meeting processes, it saves time and money.

Convene is great but they need to make their promotional website look better. It doesn't give justice to the quality of the solution itself
