Is packed with tools useful for presentation like laser tracker and slide sync which helps in gaining more attention of the audience. It also has features to track down action lists and notes
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since the tool is web based, it makes it easier to invite new users over during board meetings. It also reduces the dependency on physical documents and makes arrangement of files for presentation organised

SSO login options would be good to have on an enterprise level

It will be good if we have OCR capabilities so that scanned documents can be annotated. The device registration for 2FA can be improved.

With role based access feature the tool displays the same content differently to presenter and other members as per the requirement, thus helping in focusing on the key details of the meeting
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Convene supports e-signatures making it easy for audit purposes and also to track the paper work making it a lot easier.

Need to improve documentation and how to do guides on the features present
