What differentiates Convene from other similar products?
Azeus Convene promotes communication and helps improve decision-making, bringing more efficiency and excellence to the company. It has advanced communication features that allow you to create online meetings in a very efficient and highly dynamic way. Improving productivity for long sessions, this experience allows large groups to collaborate and share information. It provides valuable tools to develop very effective, dynamic and productive meetings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It offers a connection between people and groups at a distance from anywhere and at any time. It has a clean and intuitive user interface. The built-in task management feature is extremely useful, especially for team work. It integrates perfectly with everyday tools, generating fast and direct communication with our co-workers. It allows you to have documents electronically signed quickly. Provides efficient security options with multi-factor authentication.
What do you dislike most about this product?
On occasion, there have been delays in connectivity for some of the participants. You need to improve the tutorials, so that new users can more quickly handle its functions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This platform has valuable features that significantly improve collaborative work, communication and productivity. I recommend its implementation.

I would absolutely recommend for a mid tier company rather than going with o365 or cisco or zoom.
