What differentiates ChatGPT from other similar products?
Chatgpt is very versatile and its ability to generate responses relevant to the question being asked makes it different from every other generative AI tool that I have encountered, or those that have been trialed by my team. Its ability to understand context , have coherent conversations and also learn from previous conversations had with it is simply unprecedented.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have recently deployed Chatgpt for personalized customer engagement purposes and the ability of Chatgpt to personalize engagement with every single customer based on their past history with our company and even offer them personalized recommendations , is what I love about this software. Its chat based user interface is also intuitive enough that anyone who has ever used a web browser , will understand how to use the Chatgpt tool in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With Chatgpt, we have found that it takes just one complex question for the Chatbot to communicate a wrong information. Due to this , we have never relied on Chatgpt to respond or interact with customers on complex issues as it currently lacks the human-like creativity to properly address them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my opinion, every team should at least give Chatgpt a look-in.

What differentiates ChatGPT from other similar products?
Chatgpt is very scalable. From my experience, I cannot name any other generative AI ( artificial intelligence ) tool with the strong capability of Chatgpt to simultaneously respond to multiple queries. This makes it ideal for managing concurrent interactions with customers during peak periods in customer interactions , without my organization incurring additional financial cost or needing additional support staffs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Chatgpt's multi-lingual capabilities. This makes Chatgpt ideal for communicating with a diverse customer-base across multiple geographical location like ours.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When we have used it in customer facing scenarios, Chatpgt has sometimes struggled with complex customer queries. In such scenarios, its responses have ranged between being unsatisfactory and in some cases, misleading.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When embedding Chatgpt into customer facing support channels, it is important to inform customers that they are communicating with an Ai (artificial intelligence ) tool. This helps to manage the expectations of customers.
