The remote desktop connectivity required to connect to the client, not a true web based interface.

Give it a serious thought as it can address any Enterprise Architecture need following any of the established methodologies.

What differentiates ABACUS from other similar products?

The ability to enter data via sheet form or diagram, graph traceability is excellent, roundtrips via excel.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Traceability views in sheet or matrix form

What do you dislike most about this product?

Abacus is prioritizing transitioning functionality of product to web client (Enterprise) from client-server (Studio). Studio is still very important and doesn't get the backlog priority like enterprise.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely trial the product before purchasing, and have some clear use cases to test.
