I suppose the integration and continuous support for different tech and systems, The customer care is still one of the best, for friendliness and availability,

Cloud based management and good connection with help articles or KB in the functionality page
What do you dislike most about this product?
sometimes is laggy due datacenters overloads and some errors are not reliable for what they really are, so is quite difficult to bugfix
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
be prepared to have to learn a lot and follow courses for certification, and be creative into solutions or optimisation of use
