What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?
We have tested several e-signature platforms and adobe just looks the best. So the emails that go out appear corporate, and safe. And some other ones sort of look like spam or cheap websites. In my field, it’s very important how you look. It sets the right tone for my clients from that initial encounter. It’s about the entire experience, and not only certain parts of it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We like the way it integrates with my calendar. I can tell when things were signed and plan what i do next. Being able to include a ‘post-sign’ redirect is pretty cool too; can send clients right into a welcome page or payment link once they complete the doc. It brings the entire experience into a fluid flow. The software is extremely stable and i’ve never had a client complain that it doesn’t work on their device. It’s simply a high-quality product all around.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s certainly one of more expensive options out on the market. You are paying a premium for the name and the polish, which may not be to everyone’s taste if they’re on a strict budget.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to look sharp as possible in front of your clients.”— it is a high-end tool that provides high-end experience. I use it for both sales and consulting work.

What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?
my older clients were familiar with adobe, and it lent weight to my work. While they may be hesitant about clicking on a random signature link, adobe holds their trust. When you want someone who’s not tech savvy to sign the dotted line, that’s a big difference. it feels more official than a lot of the newer startups in the space. the lack of worry alone was worth the email subscription.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
there are different ways that people can sign. they can enter their name, hand draw it or even upload a photo of their real signature. it's very flexible. the automated archiving is a lifesaver, too. once a doc is created it's just there in the cloud and there's nothing i have to file. the search function alone can pull up things from years back within seconds. it’s a very light maintenance piece of software as soon as you get the basics dialed in.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the admin side user interface can seem a bit busier at first. there’s a ton of buttons and settings hidden in sub-menus that takes some time to uncover. it’s not as "plug and play" as some simple apps.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
but if you care about your brand's reputation and need something that can be depended on every time, then proceed with this. it’s a firm, professional choice that won’t fail you when it matters.

What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?
As someone who deals with a great deal of legal paperwork, the security features in question are what makes it unique. the adherence to international standards is superior to cheaper options. i might have some trust issues with this under the hood, but i feel far more secure sending sensitive info through this than attaching it to a generic email attachment or using a less secure signing site. it has the feel of a professional-grade tool meant for serious work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the replace signer feature. if i send something to a manager, and vacation time comes after the day they can set up their approval remotely, simply switch them out for someone else, without cancelling the whole document and starting again. it is such a minor thing but it saves so many moments of frustration. the clear instructions provided to signers enables them not to skip any fields that should be filled. the documents are identical to the originals, important because legal clarity. it’s just something that really precise and works for my practice.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The desktop version of the software can hog system resources. it occasionally causes my older laptop to spin the fan when working with really big documents that have tons of pages.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For legal or financial work, infinitely better: this is the gold standard. it’s safe and can handle complicated signatures in a snap. I recommend it to anyone who absolutely, positively needs to be sure about their digital signatures.
