What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?
Adobe sign is ISO 270001 certified which makes it secure for business and it has the best PDF management.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Well able to add sign in any font and with backgrounds make is so nice and professional.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its kind complex tool which makes it difficult to get the hang of it.

What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?
Adobe creative cloud suite is reliable and offers multiple facets to be able to sign documents on including an iPad and a phone as well as a computer
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can use your finger as a wet signature. It also offers PIV/CaC authentication
What do you dislike most about this product?
Most features are already a part of acrobat and Acrobat offers much more.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Worth the money but consider buying an independent license for adobe acrobat and utilizing the signature feature panel

What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?
It is better than written records because everything is encrypted and so much easier to search for when i need to find an old agreement. i think it is the best because it integrates so well with the rest of the adobe suite which we already use for everything else. it has made our office much cleaner and more organized than it has ever been.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how i can organize my signed documents into different folders right inside the app so i can keep my different projects separate. the ability to add a "private note" to signers is also very helpful in giving them specific instructions that don't need to be part of the actual contract. the software is very stable and i haven't had any issues with data loss or corrupted files since we made the switch. it is a very reliable and professional solution for any office.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The log off timer is a little aggressive me and i find that i have to keep logging back in multiple times throughout the day which can be quite a headache if i am busy at all.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a fantastic tool for anyone who wants to go paperless. it is secure and very easy to use and will help you to keep your business much more organized and professional. you will never want to go back to paper once you start using this.
