The Metrics Tracking Tool contains three tabs:
- Begin with the metrics tracking plan to determine the batch of service metrics for each deployment. Decide the baseline, frequency, and targeted stakeholders.
- Once the metrics are implemented, periodically track the actual results.
- Determine and track the remediation plan to improve or correct the behavior identified through the original metrics.
