The simplicity of the complete setup is the finest feature of this program! T his application delivers the same functionality as the "BIG NAME" webinar providers at a more affordable cost. Since I only use webinars once a month for my business, I was seeking a product that would fit within my budget. The earlier applications I utilized didn't provide any reasonably priced alternatives for how frequently I did business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In our meetings, we employ a variety of presenters with various backgrounds and presenting styles. A benefit is the ability to send out reminders to keep a webinar's time fresh. It is a cheap tool with many fundamental functions, making it simple to use and adapt to your professional activity. This application includes several options for setting up everything from individual conversations to webinar conferences, making it more effective and dependable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most recent version of the Zoho Meeting Android app crashes much too often. I've tried removing it from my Android phone, but it didn't work either; other most recent Android versions operate just fine. Toll- There should be more nations that offer free VoIP lines.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just before COVID hit, I just launched a training and consultancy business. I am still able to provide virtual training events at a reasonable price, which enables me to charge less for my services than many of my rivals. Due to Zoho Meeting's straightforward and user-friendly design, I also saw that users were becoming more accustomed to participating in such digital meetings and conferences.

Since there is a reasonably flat learning curve and most users understand it immediately, using Zoho has been simple. Its simplicity of usage is its best quality, in my opinion.

I believe that this lacks the in-advance procurement that is required is present because there are more advanced and very trustworthy instruments available. Personally, I don't think it is amusing because it's simply a web-based tool; there needs to be a desktop version as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, working with Zoho has been positive, especially with the Meeting App, which took full charge of our online seminars. It has provided remote support—especially during a pandemic when everyone is working from home but still feels connected. A conference call can be started online in seconds, allowing you to share your screen and present.

The design of this tool is different and stands out from the others due to the easy understanding of its platform for employees and the communication of the company that this translates into more productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how intuitive this tool is and all the recommendations it raises to make everything much more organized for communication. such as default messages and automatic messages depending on the question.

I have nothing negative to say about this tool because it has only brought benefits to employees and the organization of the company.

I recommend trying it if you have the opportunity to see for yourself the qualities of this tool and its intuitive way of helping the user in everything.
