Weak connection and unattractive user interface. Inadequate high-definition video (HD) support is a common problem in online meetings and webinars. When participating in a single video conference, the service does not provide tools for managing users or meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best way to take advantage of it is to pair it with Zoho Bookings or another compatible Zoho Product. Since we only use Zoho for our booking needs, I can't say how it works with other services. It's also incredibly handy to be able to start short internal meetings from within Zoho Cliq, Mail, or other applications.

It is quite straightforward to deploy and customize, and if you have another Zoho application, you may have a highly practical integration between all of the data. This sets it apart from other programs in a number of important respects. The UI is great, and the voice quality is good.

The interface is straightforward and simple to use. The visual and audio are both crystal-clear and superb. The interface is so cutting-edge that it's almost worth purchasing just to try out the features. Both the screen recording and sharing functions work well and save time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It merely works sluggish and delays in between when users are added and removed from meetings, which might be caused by slow connections or a lack of bandwidth. Furthermore, there is no conversation window for usage during phone calls.

Because it is compatible with Zoho Chat and Zoho Show, participants in your meeting will be able to better interact and share their work with one another, which is why I recommend Zoho Meeting.

Paid membership pricing levels should be significantly lower than those of leading webinar / webex providers. Personally, I think it's excessively restrictive and expensive.

As one would expect from a top-tier software solution, it enables productive meetings by providing a full suite of capabilities for conducting them online.
