What differentiates Zephyr from other similar products?

It has a nice GUI to show the linkage between all test artifacts such as defects, user stories, test cases, and requirements in the sprint cycle. As per my experience I have seen exporting test cases to excel is most common in all other tools whereas in Zephyr we can export test cases into word as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very handy and easy to manage. Since it gives a great GUI to link all artifacts of the test cycle, I easily jump to all artifacts and do my work on a daily basis. SInce All are linked to each other, modification at any place gets reflected immediately at all places and it helps to work smoothly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To import test cases from other places, it asks for an addon that is browser-based. So whenever the browser gets updated, it also asks to update the addon. But due to no admin rights, we get stuck sometimes for few hours until our request got approved for addon installation on the browser.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a nice product to use to manage the test cycles and complete test management. Gives a good GUI to the user to manage all artifacts and link them together. If gets compare with other tools in the market then this is one of the cost-effective solutions which can help you.
