Easy to integrate with JIRA and upload Test cases

What differentiates Zephyr from other similar products?
A simple plugin with lot of features especially for the QA team to author and upload the test-cases into the JIRA dashboard in one shot rather than uploading one test-case after other, can upload the sheets at once part of the excel.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The way the mappings of the fields happen at both the JIRA side and also at the local system makes the product more reliable and more easy to integrate the authoring of test-cases into the JIRA dashboard at one repository.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Require too many fields to map the fields with the excel sheet to upload the test-data, case insensitive and doesn't allow the upload of test-cases in cases of simple spaces and special characters.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Should allow the case insensitive data fields and also allow the inclusion of special characters.

What differentiates Zephyr from other similar products?
Very hard to use and not intuitive. Offers the same manual testing items as everyone else.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Directly integrated into Jira.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not intuitive. Hard to use because it's very confusing to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are many other test documentation tools out there. Do a demo and you will see how hard it is to use.

It is user friendly. More efficient. In terma of operations, it is easy to access. All in all, it is recommended.

The most favorite aspect of this product is customer support and project implementation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
All in all some bugs are still there. But they are improving always.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Some time you report the bugs in the system. But it erases the whole work done before. We can have that improved.
