What differentiates Workgrid from other similar products?
The Chatbot is a big differentiator. When you solve a problem once, it is nice to have a place to document this and have a central resource for everyone on your front line to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using Workflows to track all of my onboarding tasks for HR, the Manager and for training new employees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to take advantage of more integrations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Create ownership and goals for each feature set of the product. Keep your content fresh and implement a variety of features for your users to keep them interested and engaged. Give your employees delighters they want so they come and see your priorities for them, such as communications.

What differentiates Workgrid from other similar products?
It is an efficient communication tool for current work teams, which even work remotely, this communication system, unlike other similar ones, allows the user to have constant notifications, about processes or project courses, also it is not a complex platform what guarantees a greater amount of positive experiences that will increase the flow of work within the organization
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration system of tool makes it a really functional system in addition to allowing it to be a tool that can be adapted to the work area in which it is within the organization, something that many professionals could consider a flexible tool
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not a tool that requires more complexities so I have no complaints so far
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It reduces the execution time of processes since it is quite complete and it is not required to have to go to other tools
