I find that many useful features, like advanced SEO tools and plugin access, are locked behind higher-tier plans. It can also feel limiting at times since you don’t have full control compared to self-hosted WordPress.

OpenSource, easy to integrate, advanced features that serve us well. I would use this if you're looking for upgrade beyond a startup into a more professional looking site.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The plug ins and there's no need for custom CSS or Javascript.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the editing software they made is a little touchy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would use it if you're willing to put in the time to design it. Our site looks amazing. Use a designer if you need to.
