From the same platform you can access a significant number of integrations that maximize the productivity of the company. It offers the possibility of communicating through chat, sharing documents, among other very useful options.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a very intuitive user interface and all the tools required for effective communication and collaboration. The function to transcribe and record work team meetings and upload it to the cloud is very useful. It has a very useful search engine that facilitates access to a specific channel and also the change of current status. Customers or suppliers can be included in the organization's work teams to give more fluidity to operations. It is very versatile, especially due to its ability to integrate with third-party services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing that I can mention so far is that it is necessary to have a stable internet connection to fully enjoy its capabilities.

Webex consumes a lot of computer memory and slows things down on the system.

Easy to use and well protected. They will inform well ahead in case of the server will be down for a few hours.

It comes from the brand Cisco so a lot more people can trust this software. Also, the video layout of the meeting is superb so it gives a good experience when doing video conferencing. Collaboration tools are fantastic.

The User Interface is good. The instant messaging and screen sharing option is tremendous.
