Very easy to use, but limited in functionality.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Not a lot in all honesty.. Most other collaboration platforms have overtaken Webex in functionality.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface. Webex is very user friendly with a simple end user GUI. Very simple to navigate and use, although functionality is very limited.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of file management and file sharing capabilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
OK if your looking for a simified end user experience, but for functionality I'd recommend trying Microsoft Teams instead.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Webex is the video conference app through which we can connect with multiple people even with the free version. It has a great layout and design and is easy to use and learn for beginners and they never get confused. Its intuitive design enables us to start with one of the best interfaces which do not require any specialized knowledge or learning.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration of Webex is very good to manage live mails during meetings and meetings can be recorded in the best image quality. Its security system is very protective and brilliant because its authentication process has two factors that make the security completely hermetic to unauthorized access.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Webex needs to upgrade its payment feature because if we are using the app without paying then we have to reconnect after every 45 minutes which makes it difficult to continue our meetings and conference. Also, we cannot add contacts unless the person has their own app account set up. Also, the access code is very short-lived and sometimes it becomes difficult to access all the staff members.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would definitely recommend Webex to other people this is a great video conferencing tool with excellent and vast features. It helps us to coordinate daily on different tasks with our clients.
