Webex is very reliable and has good performance because it does not consume a lot of PC resources. We can share large files very easily through their features. We can easily attend the meetings anywhere using Webex. They have the best browser integration. Video conferences and interviews with WebEx are very smooth and error-free. They provide us secure connection so that everything is shared smoothly and error-free.

With Webex, we feel great adaptability with our organization as we can remain associated with video conferences through WebEx meetings. They provide us the option to join the browser instead of installing which provides us a quick way of connecting. The feature for saving the meeting recordings is of great value.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Webex has enabled the startup launch which is something we do not like about Webex. On-screen sharing takes a long time and sometimes causes other applications to unstable. The overall user interface needs to be upgraded and improved. Their support system can also be made better and improved.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It usually requires a lot of bandwidth to function, and if our connection is sluggish, our speech becomes jerky and annoying. One downside, in my opinion, is the requirement for hosting at the start of the session. I understand this can be set, but it requires extensive expertise and might be perplexing for novice members of the site. While portable meeting attendance is excellent and works wonderfully, we can't access many shared displays around the same moment. There is no album view on the linked screens, except for the desktop version or internet browser. As a result, we can only watch it once.

Ability to collaborate with colleagues on a daily basis through chat or video. User interface is extremely easy to use with many features. There is also an ability to create groups and easily orchestrate calls with team members/peers. I also enjoy how it integrates with Outlook such that with a click of a button, I can populate my room into the location field.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I still believe there are a lot of updates that happen with the tool. I have noticed that while certain functionalities are still present, the location of finding them within the UI changes. However, this only impacts me for a few minutes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

WebEx is simple, easy to use and stable. I have rarely encountered any issues with the tool and would recommend it to anyone.
