What do you dislike most about this product?
On-screen sharing uses a lot of RAM and occasionally causes instability in other applications. Additionally, the general user interface may be updated to reflect current business trends. As we have to wait longer for a response, the webex service assistance might also be improved.

Unlike many other platforms, Webex is an excellent tool for online group meetings. It's the most effective way to start talking to a wide variety of people simultaneously across geographic borders in a contained environment. It allows users to communicate through Instant messaging, phone, video chat, in-person meetings, file sharing, and more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Webex App is a great all-around option for business instant messaging. It works on any device with a browser, including computers and smartphones. Using Webex, the team can communicate and work together effectively and efficiently. Instant Messaging and audio/video calls allow for constant communication and feedback on the project's progress. It enables tools like polls and Q&As to be included for more audience interaction.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When opening the app, the messages don't always appear immediately. It's possible that network problems are to blame, but this might impede the team's ability to communicate with one another effectively. Also, when it comes to Microsoft Office, Webex does not work with older versions. The inability to wait in the lobby while a Personal Room is shut out was the system's most significant flaw in my experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When it comes to video and audio conferencing, team collaboration, and instant messaging, Webex is a great option. It has room for improvement, but it will meet your requirements. Many of my gatherings are now online, allowing us to work remotely. Without hesitation, I would suggest this to anybody wishing to install an enterprise-wide Instant Messaging system.
