One of the best apps for instant meetings.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Webex has enabled us to hold meetings and conferences with our departments and clients in different regions as if they were all in the same room. Our employees were able to collaborate on a specific job using Webex. Cisco Webex will be used for any future instant meetings. It works for us whether it's a management hookup, an employee hookup, or even a casual gathering with friends.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The system's most useful feature is the outstanding communication it enables amongst staff members via conferencing, presentations, and screen sharing. Cisco Webex is one of the most often used software programs in my workplace for scheduling meetings amongst employees. It is just the most convenient tool for holding a conference during the epidemic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When I am on the line, the mute toggle button frequently takes too long to see the subsequent action being done, and they occasionally experience connection troubles.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would strongly suggest the program to anybody searching for an effective company-wide connection and communication; data security is by far the most valuable aspect of our businesses, and Webex delivers encrypted data with all of this.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

Remote support solution and online meeting.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
The biggest issue that we fixed with Webex Cisco was in instant messaging, where we did not have control over the material that was communicated, allowing the leak of critical information from our organization and making us susceptible to potential spies from our branch. When there are no VPN connections, we also provide remote help for problems and occasionally deploy, mostly MicroStrategy and Informatica. We also use video conferencing internally and outside (with customers and suppliers).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is simple to use and has a straightforward user interface, overall, it's a dependable and robust web conferencing, remote control and support, and webinar solution. Once connected, it is quick, and there are no audio or visual issues other than those caused by each participant's network. We tested audio over the phone to prevent low bandwidth concerns (taking audio over the phone) and it alleviated several issues with unreliable connectivity. It also enables collaborative work processes, which allow for the generation of work assistance in tasks for others, taking into consideration the world's present situation with the epidemic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only problem we've had with this tool was that we presented a remote assault on our communications at some time; however, Cisco offered the remedy with its support team, and now with the new security systems deployed, we have more control over the participants. The client also appears to have some unique Linux installation considerations, which is a great plus for me because I work on Ubuntu 18.04. The cost appears to be greater than for competing options with comparable functionality.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Cisco Webex is a very comprehensive solution, although as previously said, it is more expensive than many of its competitors. If you want to use all of its functions, this is the option to choose; but, if you require a more limited version, many others may provide the functionalities at a cheaper cost. When assistance is required, it is preferable to have a behemoth like Cisco on hand. I suggest it for one reason, among many, and that is that information security is the most valuable thing in our organizations, and Webex provides this with your encrypted information.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
