What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
We have improved from our communication range to the recording and archiving of each conference. The platform separates the attachments that we use in meetings or live chat, to speed up your search process within the platform in case you need it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The quality of cisco webex is very high in the case of such a small software. It is excellent for creating meeting rooms with member limits, for creating online seminar sessions, and for keeping the meeting room fully customizable and accessible. Within cisco webex we get a good management system of work goals, oriented to teamwork. The platform constantly notifies us about billboard schedules that are close to our date. Cisco webex manages scheduled sessions separately, so we can check which session is live without confusing it with the rest.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We don't dislike any of the features shown by Cisco Webex. The only small problem with the software is its automatic call button, which adds a function so that each person added to the platform can communicate easily. This button sometimes does not work, and therefore can not be called for the execution of a meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We use Webex for meetings and calls with clients, which helps with our overall business continuity process and gives us a good boost from an effective communication standpoint, as we can check what other people are thinking through attachments and other shared documents. Overall, this tool is very useful for teams to manage daily tasks. It is very useful for multiparty collaboration in meetings, customer calls are useful for daily business processes, the security of the system structure is very good, can understand other people's ideas through attachments and other shared documents, overall, this tool is very useful for teams Useful for manag

A Simple and Straightforward Chat Platform

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
It works very well for simple one-on-one chats with other people. It also offers Teams, but we have not delved into that as much. We have a Cisco phone system and use Webex Meetings, so it works very well integrating with these to make looking up people and calling them very simple from the application.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Due to our usage of other Cisco products, the ease at being able to chat and call others in the company is fantastic. The softphone functionality and managing voicemails and calls is great. We also appreciate how chatting just works very well and discussions sync between devices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's nothing that comes to mind. It does what we need it to do very well for chatting and calls.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I believe this is a great fit for those using other Cisco products, especially if your phone system is from Cisco. Its integration with the directory and making and taking calls is fantastic. It should also work well if you don't have other Cisco applications, but I feel it's a more ideal fit for those in the Cisco ecosystem.
