What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Adaptable to any work style, role or device so you can choose when, where and how you work. Equal experience for all, regardless of geographic location, language or communication style. Secure by design, private by default, to defend against threats no matter where you work. Webex means a new way of collaboration focused on the work you do, not where you do it, whether in the office, at home or anywhere else.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Make cloud calling easy, keep your colleagues and customers close with a complete cloud phone system built to make and receive business calls on any device. Virtual presentations are just as good as face-to-face meetings when overlaid with the content you are sharing. Create a more efficient workflow with team messaging and file sharing for internal and external teams all in the same space.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You need to download the app before using it, comment control and chat control is weak, website version is weaker compared to the app version. Due to an increase in the usage of the app, the hacking system has also evolved. Many invasive activities are noticed in the meetings despite taking proper security measures. The server is affected and is more predictable to cyber attacks due to less security management. This creates an unhealthy platform for conducting business meetings, crucial government organization meetings or any confidential conference.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Webex offers an easy sharing option for all types of content during the meeting. From videos to PowerPoint presentations, the host can share content with attendees. This makes it easy for companies to deliver a seamless session and presentation to marketers and investors. Webex creates a unique link each time for a different meeting to avoid any kind of conflict or misuse of data shared during the session. This makes it easy to use and easy to gain a wide audience. The application is best for educational purposes, small business meetings and many more.

Comparing to Mocrosoft Teams, Webex is closer to a collaboration tool than to a simple messaging and sharing system
