What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Webex is a Cisco Video conferencing application so if you are using Cisco networking products then Cisco Webex is a must have.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Windows application software is super easy to use and very customer friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This is not very widely used apart from networking industry.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Cisco Webex is one of the best application which we have used to troubleshoot issues in network while working with Cisco TAC.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
We use this software to make virtual conferences, video calls and chats, and thus maintain good communication and dynamics within the remote work team. I love it because it is very complete, we can record the calls and video calls, plus we can make notes as a group while the meeting is taking place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Allows the use of screen sharing, to be able to view the screens of different team members. It also has chats where we can send all kinds of files, such as images, videos and documents. In addition, its crm is very efficient and easy to use, where we can add, assign tasks and see their progress.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It could be a bit simpler to use, as its interface is not as intuitive as I would like. The audio and video quality can be bad if you have a low internet and although I like that you have mobile access, the truth is that it lacks a lot for its mobile application to have the qualities that its web version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a software that we use very often, especially with our remote team meetings, and we have always had excellent results. We communicate much better and our meetings are much more interactive and closer, that is why we do not change software and we recommend it.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Trello is the ideal tool to achieve a united and organized work team. We use the software to assign tasks to our work team and get a broader look at all the progress of our projects. It has tools such as drag and drop and roadmap creation, which make creating a project easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that we can create tasks and give them priority and sense of urgency for when we assign them, this way the person can know how fast we need to get the activity ready. The Gantt chart view is perfect for all our projects, as it allows us to quickly see the progress of the project and each activity in particular.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to see some default project templates, which would allow me to create them faster. Also the number of rows it offers is too few, for the amount of activities that our projects require and increasing the number of rows, implies increasing the cost of the program.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great software for project organization. Since we have been using it we have seen a great improvement in our projects and much more focused on our work team, who already know their tasks and thus can better organize their time and be more productive. We highly recommend trello.
