What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Webex is a video conferencing tool that promises to improve the communication experience in the business area, we got the service to reduce the problem of jumping between software to get a quality service and maintain adequate privacy. It requires much less bandwidth and the amount of features inside in terms of audio and video are very numerous, providing an excellent experience for all our users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Webex we can conduct training workshops to all our employees in a practical and safe way, it has a great audio and video quality, and an extremely fluid and improved interface compared to other video communication tools. The ability to use it on any device opens up the possibility that anyone can join our meetings as long as we allow it, and the meeting planning options give us one of the best communication experiences in the company for a few years.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the things we noticed about Webex beyond its great performance was that it does not usually work with some VPNs that we use depending on the country where our staff is located. In terms of cost, it is much more expensive than its competitors, but this does not affect anything because its performance is totally optimal and in line with its price. On some very rare occasions, the connection is usually lost, but we believe that this is more a problem of our Internet connection.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Webex is highly recommended for all types of companies in which videoconferencing is required quite frequently, a highly qualitative audio and video, with few failures and that connects with other types of communication methods. It allows to record the meetings to be able to access them after a while, but it does not have a whiteboard function that is so important sometimes to expose ideas. Fully usable in sales to connect with customers.
