Webex enables hosting webinars and offering a smooth experience at scale. Our company often hosts webinars, and using Webex has made it easier for us to reach more people.

IT support is needed for the configuration and maintenance of the complex setup and administration. difficulties with performance, such as lengthy load times and occasional glitches or freezes

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
I can't really say that there is a big difference, but I understand that it is more noticeable in the integrations with Cisco Webex for example and that it is very easy to use as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Well, for me what I liked the most about the functions is the advanced messaging, it is very good, since it allows us to share files and documents in order to work more efficiently
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think it's a bit expensive compared to other products
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a high quality product, I recommend it 100% if you are willing to pay its price
