Webex is customizable and fast. When you don't notice it's there is when you know it's good and just works.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate the ability to change settings to however I would like to be notified. As well as the integration of 3rd-party applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no issues with Webex.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take a look at what you need, if this fills it you're getting a reliable application.
