What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Webex has grown a lot since I used it regularly, but with my experience pre-COVID, the features weren't great. They have come a long way since, but you can get the same things with other platforms for a different cost. What Webex offers over others doesn't benefit me, but may you.

The innovation the company holds.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost is all I can think of.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?
The platform mostly used by our vendors and firstly when we were introduced to product it was super easy to implement and use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration with devices is very easy and you can easily switch between platforms (desktop, mobile divices).
What do you dislike most about this product?
As a constant update the product is so far so good, couldn't find any shortages, yet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is better when platform is used by your group of clients, by group of your companies, in your working system. For public usage you can consider it, if prices are suiting your budget.

Instant communication. It allows for realtime messaging for quick discussions. Collaboration. You can easily share files and screens for teams. Mobile access. A very convenient app for messaging on the go.

Integration. Seamless connection with other tools and platforms. Security. End to end encryption for data protection. Search functionality. You can efficiently find past conversations and files.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Depending on the plan and the number of users, Webex can be relatively expensive for some organizations especially when coprated to free messaging solutions available in the market.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend Webex Messaging. The platform allows for instant messaging. It allows users to send and receive instant text messages within the platform. Also, users can engage in one one one chat or create group conversation for team discussions. You can share files, documents and images directly. This features makes it very convenient for teams to exchange Information and collaborate in real time. The use of emojis help to express emotion and acknowledge message without typing a response.
