What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform has initiated productive and secure communication in the enterprise and I have no complain.

one of the best things about Webex messaging is its integration with Webex meetings and other Cisco tools, allowing for a unified collaboration experience. the ability to switch from chat to a high-quality video meeting with a single click in incredibly useful, especially for remote teams. additionally, its strong security features provide peace of mind, ensuring that sensitive business communications remain protected.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Webex Messaging has many strengths, it does have a few downsides. The user interface, though functional, can feel less intuitive compared to Slack or Microsoft Teams, making it slightly harder for new users to adopt. Another challenge is its limited third-party integrations—while it works well within the Cisco ecosystem, it doesn't always integrate as seamlessly with external apps like Google Workspace or Asana. Additionally, performance issues such as occasional lag or syncing delays have been reported, particularly when switching between devices.
