What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy of using the application and very minimal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Someone who is new to Cisco will find it a little difficult to adapt to Cisco Webex.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Initially the application was very clunky but lately the support and the application UI has been grown exponentially.
