What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?

It's a great product for instant messaging, you can choose away, busy,available status at your convince. Provide great quality of audio calls and can create groups. We can search any team member or employees within a organisation with name or employee ID.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I use it for instant messaging to connect with my team mates if I need any help from their side or I have any doubt.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the notification thing, it's very bizarre. Notifications pop up with every ping.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One should use it enhance their communication skills inside team or organisation. Great tool to remotely connect
