It iis integrated with other webex applications and can be used for webex apps such as webex meetings, webex webinars.It offers user fiendly dashbaord where we can have live chat along with sharing of files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

webex has been integrated with cisco, it is more secure and encrpted., The screen sharing options is what is very appealing as it has lot of customizations available.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with third Party apps is difficult.
