Webex has a excellent capabilities with cisco products like video conference equipment or cisco meeting room equipment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with the cisco equipment for collaboration like video conference rooms and cameras
What do you dislike most about this product?
Is not easy to integrate with third party vendors software or equipment, you need to be sure before buy a conferences equipment that will be capable to support webex integration
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Plan all the environment, you could mix with a other tools but you will need to know if it will be your primary collaboration suit

Cisco Webex meeting has a lot of advantages the best ones are the integrability, scalability, how smooth the meeting experience with members, sharing content, creating whiteboards etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can visually present job postings and resources through screen sharing , which encourages interest and interaction.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The auto-generative captions needs some more improvement, Also customer support waiting time needs to be reduced.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our team has adapted the webex meetings and have been using it almost several times daily for more than a year and it definitely meets our expectations.

The versatility of the Webex meeting platform is something I think is really useful and It is one of the best platforms for collaborating with colleagues.

It also allows to show captions during the meet and has a very convenient user experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The complexity of scheduling and joining meetings, which sometimes led to delays and frustration among users and auto-generative captions needs more improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This tool is great for sharing content, remote controlling desktops or applications, recording, high-quality video and voice, and a must-use for virtual meetings and will definitely recommend it.
