User Journey mapping especially for the website based campaigns. This helped us to understand user behavior from the websites.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Unlike other marketing automation tools, their vendor support and customer success teams are very quick with replies to any minor technicalities that may arise.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user experience needs to be worked on at many levels, considering different user personas who could use the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely to be considered for creating different user journeys that help you get insights into users behaviour on your website

Cost is much difference, way cheaper than other tools like clevertap. Also good for small orgs.

if you are a Small org and want to work on the core of your product and don't want to implement your own notification engine then go for this product. Outsource notification.
