The best part any startup who wants best tool at almost 30% to 40% price then Webengage is your go to tool. It offers everything what similar products offer but at very less cost. The other part is that it comes with it's own email and sms vendor at 0 set up cost, you just pay when you use them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite is part is creating the event based automation. You just need to drag and drop correct boxes at the right place. The user interface is very smooth to work on. You can first test your automation on UAT and then go live on production.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There has to be more vendor options to choose among marketing channels as sometimes we already have subscriptions of vendors which may not be listed on your platform.

If you want to improve your customer engagement then this your budget friendly multi channel marketing tool to start with it. It will not only help you with more conversion but also with retention of your already acquired customers.

User-friendly interface is great. Ability to create funnels truly helps in generating impactful insights. Campaign level analytical capability gives clear insights on the performance of campaigns.

Web Pop-ups/Banners/Notifications capability could be improved. Rest, Everything seems great!
