What differentiates Vitally from other similar products?
I like ease of implementation, ease of integration and ease of UX navigation. Vitally has been tremendous in helping obtain insights and foster collaboration across functional teams. I like how it enables you to pick and choose what data is important to view depending on the segment, outreach and customer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability on how to connect with multiple data sources and the ability to configure indicators based on important events within the customer journey. Vitally has a very responsive and supportive customer support team that listens to us and they are constantly improving their platform. The integration with SFDC is super easy and understanding.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish that it was easier to map Zendesk tickets at the account level, opposed to the user level.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes i recommend Vitally.
