What differentiates Vitally from other similar products?
The way to connect multiple information sources and how we can configure indicators based on necessary events within the client journey. Also, the way the client’s Health scoring works is pretty good. Also: we feel that Vitally listens to us and is consistently improving its platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with SFDC is super straightforward to use and understand. Whereas the API took some engineering support, we had that stood up pretty quickly with knowledge flowing in. I relish the convenience of setting up dashboards. They appear clean, and it’s super straightforward to visualize information. I even have enjoyed working with Carly. She is super useful and knowledgeable about the product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not abundant to dislike. It can be additionally advanced once it involves reporting options and dash boarding on customer data. The way customer projects work is sweet and extremely improved over the last period. We do see some options that might be improved (such as projects), to suit our specific needs, but these are considered “nice to haves”.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Modern clean interface. Observer seats for colleagues that require visibility but don’t do the work of CSMs. API integration to attach to Zapier. Note templating. Playbooks automate communications with users and teams. Nice experience with our sales and implementation rep.
