Centralised platform for payroll processing, benefits administration, performance management, time tracking , etc All under one umbrella makes it different
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
HR and Talent management sections are quite impactful! Simple use and better output

The interface can be improved, attractive appearance

One added benefit is the access to the UKG Community. Connecting with like-minded people, sharing insight and challenges allows end-users to help one another quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes there are limitations to the ways we wish to do things - system capability can influence our ability to make internal changes or seek other software to do so.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be sure to ask questions and make no assumptions. Trust the process for implementation and be sure to arm yourself with a strong internal team that will take the foundation training to learn the system in and out.
