What differentiates Twilio Customer Engagement Platform from other similar products?

Twilios default integration with multiple marketing channels such as Whatsapp, Facebook messenger , email and our primary customer relationship management software, is what I think sets it apart from other competitors. At least, the ones we have test-trialed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sms marketing is my favorite aspect of Twilio. Twilio basically opened this new marketing channel for my organization, and we are helped by the speed with which marketing content can be delivered to target recipients , in a matter of seconds.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a need for better analytics , around how target users are interacting with our marketing content messages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to voice and sms communication for marketing purposes, I know not of any alternative out there, better than the Twilio platform.
