What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Of all the project management tools, Trello is the only one that offers a free basic version for up to 10 boards per company. Also, it encrypts data in transit and at rest. It is simple to use and very flexible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our team has increased its productivity by 30% because Trello has helped us to stay organized through boards and lists, which help us to assign tasks to members and also track the progress of the tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Trello is very efficient when with a few people but when the number increases, the lists on the board increase which make it a bit complex to understand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They should give it a try. We have been able to save time by automating our workflow with Butler, hence our team members are able to concentrate on more important tasks.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Its fun, flexible and easy to use to organize daily tasks

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nice and versatile, plenty of features, free, no ads, nice UI, and a truly amazing set of backgrounds for projects

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be nice to maybe see the names of tags attached to cards, without opening the cards

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Multiple checklists per item, the very simple ability to rearrange priorities on lists and checklists, and communication and notification functions all made Trello by far the most useful of the competing apps
