Trello gives us visual satisfaction with projects
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
That's pretty much the point. Currently, Trello is used to connect sales management with our film company's field team. The business office is located in one space, but the film production team can move anywhere on the planet. Trello is unlike any of these products. It is more like Basecamp, but even simpler. It focuses on tasks and is so simple that it would not be in the same category as Project or Knowify, for example.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Trello is useful to help you organize and manage user roles and team memberships/authorities. In Trello, "Cards" are a space where you can capture all the discussion about the task at hand (or any other subtask) and attach files, create checklists and generally keep track of the basics of it. Trello has the ability to create "Lists" that can be copied or serve as a template. Once you have done so, you can use it ten times. An effective alternative that reduces the amount of emails you send, while concentrating the key points in one place for management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Trello mobile app is just a small web page that struggles to use with thick fingers and a computer screen. The usability is acceptable, but I have a hard time adjusting to the look and feel. If you want Gantt charts and resource flow diagrams, this is not the right tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Trello excels at helping small teams coordinate multiple tasks. The harder the work, the better (it is a limited alternative for monitoring projects with enterprise resource planning software features). It has flags, checklists and an email tracking system that will help make managing dozens (or even hundreds) At a glance, you see the problems. The software has easy-to-use colored labels (which can be filed and deleted) and an "Archive" and "Delete" functionality that is convenient so you can discard a task or list when you're done with it. Also, I really like the Google Chrome plug-in.
Pros
- Reliable
- Inspires Innovation
- Caring
- Respectful

Fantastic Project Management Tool
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
Simply add tasks and arrange them on the kanban board to quickly create the various phases or workflow processes you require for project management that is simple and available to everyone.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When you need to rapidly plan a project, whether it is for work (building a new mobile app) or for your personal life (moving to a new country, for example), it is quite helpful to be able to create tasks with just one click and add information about the checklist, the deadline, or the members.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I believe Trello is great in every way. The free version is equally fantastic, however I believe its drawback may be that it has less functionality and only supports a small number of boards.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Trello is really user-friendly. It offers a tonne of features that may be used with the free version. You can tag people or assign tasks to facilitate communication and user addition. It's beneficial aesthetically, especially if you enjoy being able to see how chores are structured. You are able to have numerous "boards," which are essentially locations for your various tasks.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
