Ease of use and ease of implementation company-wide.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of additional features -- needs an upgraded version to export any data as well which can be frustrating for those just starting out.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out, they offer a free version to test the waters. If you like it then you can buy the upgraded version.
