What differentiates Todoist from other similar products?

I think that Todoist is very good tool of productivity. It has a lot of options for you to put your tasks, choose your priorities and also a very nice view.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The easy interface, the layout of the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing. It really fits my idea to find a product to use as a digital Todoist.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I really think you will not be disappointed by your choice. Just use it!

What differentiates Todoist from other similar products?

With a centralized admin, managing teams is effortless. It is secure and reliable by protecting all our data and offers 24/7 data sync. Todoist for the operational part of our business due to how quick and easy it was to maintain and operate. Our staff finds it easy to use and it offers them a personal list that they can use for personal reminders, which helps keep them using the mobile app. We tested monday.com and Asana but decided to use Todoist, this is simply down to the simple and quick nature of the software, this fits our use case very well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am glad that i can stay on top of all the tasks ahead of me. With reminders, I can be alerted via email when it's due. Also, it is possible to focus on the right things. It enables me to prioritize tasks that are important. I love that am more organized than before. I can separate work and personal tasks. With the to-do list, i can list all my tasks and tick them once completed. I love that it is easy to track progress and share files easily across our teams. We always have updated data since data is synced across all devices helping everyone to be on the same page.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can organize tasks more effectively and effeceintly. I have nothing i dislike about Todoist.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My experience using it was in a larger team. I think it would be good in a small team as well, but I can't speak from experience on that. But for larger teams, it's really a fantastic choice for collaboration and keeping in sync, specifically on operations teams where there are many moving around. Also, i have been more productive and efficient with my time.

There are four main things that attracted us to choosing Todoist. These include ease of use, rich features, an affordable pricing plan, and effortless integration with other third-party tools. Familiarizing with the tool is so fast and no IT skills are needed. The user interface is top-notch. It is so sleek and clean. It provides an affordable plan that both businesses and individuals can use. Its seamless integrations with other applications have helped us manage tasks and share data more easily and fast. The rich features like task creation and task management tools have helped in managing tasks easily using less effort.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Todoist Business user interface is simple to use and navigate. I like that syncing multiple tasks and reminders on my mobile or desktop with My Google Calendar is effortless. I use it to remind me of the recurring bills, tasks, and other subscriptions to be taken care of. I am able to keep on track with all tasks and complete them at the right time. The ease of adding tasks, keeping track of them, and setting deadlines are amazing. I can manage tasks according to their most importance enabling me to stay productive and organized all the time. The ability to separate work and personal tasks are amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Todoist software is heading in a good direction and I dislike the rescheduling tool which is sometimes difficult to use. I wish they could add a feature that offers options of postponing the task for later.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Todoist has all the features you would expect in a task management tool and even have more. It is highly flexible and effective for managing daily weekly and monthly tasks. It gives one an opportunity to personalize the to-do list. The regular upgrades of the software ensure everyone using the tool stays up to date with the latest releases.
